Our clients personal data will be treated in accordance with the Act 15/1999, of December 13, on Protection of Personal Data (CAPDP). In accordance with said Act, we inform you that by completing our forms, your personal data will be incorporated and processed in files owned by Abonova, in order to allow the execution of the requested services, and/or send informative material (as well as to keep you informed, including by electronic means, on matters related to the company’s activity and its services).

The data will be transferred to secure servers hosted on European territory. According to the aforementioned Constitutional Act and in accordance with article 10 of the Act 34/2002 of July 11, the user may exert, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of his personal data via email addressed to vicente.b@grupoabonova.com.

In no case, and for any reason, will we communicate or disclose your data to third parties not being part of the services contracted with Abonova. The cookies that might be sent will not be used in any case to elaborate user profiles, but only to facilitate the use of the site.
